Shipping Policy

We ship all orders out of our workshop in Pickering, Ontario. Small orders get shipped in a Bubble Mailer, and larger orders get shipped in a box. For some custom orders, or “extra large” orders, you might receive an invoice to pay the unforeseen extra costs. If you’re concerned about extra costs, please send us an email at northernhang.ca , or message us on Instagram @northernhang for additional information.

We strive to use sustainable packaging products, however that is not always possible. Please forgive us if we ship your product(s) in a single-use package. We’d rather use up materials we have on hand, than spend additional money and throw perfectly usable items into landfill.
