Custom Orders

The way we’ve set up custom orders is as follows.

 

When you place your order, please purchase exactly the items you’d like to buy. Once your is confirmed through the platform, please send us a message on Instagram @northernhang, or an email to northernhang@gmail.com, including your order number as well as the customizations you’d like to add on to your purchases. If you have multiple items in your order, please clearly specify which customizations go with each item.

If you’d like additional modifications, and not just custom colours, you may receive an additional invoice through the platform via your email to pay for the additional modifications. Unfortunately we do not have a modification pricing chart at this time.

If you’re looking for a fully customized product (i.e. a one-off commission), please reach out to us before placing an order so we can give you a quote. During this process we will collect your email and send you an invoice once we’ve collectively decided to proceed.
